1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Permission Zero website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website or its interactive features.

2. Research and development status

Permission Zero is a Georgia-based technology company. Descriptions of architecture, protocols, security mechanisms, roadmaps, token economics, network features or future services may be exploratory, proposed or subject to change unless expressly identified as deployed and verified.

3. No token sale or investment offer

The website is not currently conducting a public token presale. References to PZRO, proposed supply, community allocation, a possible 2027 network genesis or future exchange/liquidity activity are forward-looking project plans, not a promise, guarantee, solicitation, investment recommendation or entitlement to receive tokens.

Genesis participation, community membership, research contribution, social engagement or use of the website does not by itself guarantee any future PZRO allocation.

4. Permitted use

You may use public website materials for ordinary informational, research and evaluation purposes, subject to applicable law and these terms. You may not misuse the website to interfere with service availability, bypass security, impersonate others, harvest data unlawfully, distribute malware, conduct unauthorized attacks, or use Permission Zero materials to facilitate harmful activity against third-party systems.

5. Controlled simulation content

Swarm Defense and Swarm League materials may discuss adversarial behavior, attack classes and defensive simulations. These materials are provided for security research, controlled testing and defensive education. They are not authorization to attack, probe or disrupt systems you do not own or have explicit permission to test.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Permission Zero name, branding, website design, original text, diagrams, research presentation and other original website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks remain subject to the rights of their respective holders.

7. Feedback and contributions

If you voluntarily submit non-confidential feedback, ideas or suggestions, you acknowledge that Permission Zero may evaluate and use that feedback without an obligation to adopt it or provide compensation, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Code or research contributions submitted through an external repository may also be governed by the license or contribution terms shown there.

8. No warranties

The website and research materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Permission Zero does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absence of errors, future implementation of proposed features, security outcomes, token launch, market value, regulatory treatment or suitability for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Permission Zero will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or speculative losses arising solely from reliance on research concepts, roadmap statements, experimental simulations or unavailable future features. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Third-party links

The website may link to external platforms such as X, Discord, GitHub, Telegram, exchanges, research resources or other third-party services. Permission Zero does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or independent terms.

11. Changes

We may update the website, roadmap, research, proposed network economics and these Terms & Conditions as the project evolves. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
